This cooking series hosted by chef Ellie Krieger offers strategies for menu planning, food shopping and cooking. Throughout the series, Krieger addresses specific food challenges, either at home or in the workplace, and also highlights the concept of volumetrics -- incorporating low calorie, high volume ingredients into recipes to make them more filling. Segments include make-ahead recipes such as turkey-stuffed pizza pockets; skillet macaroni and cheese; French toast fingers with blueberry maple sauce; and beef and vegetable stew.
