Food Over 50

The goal of the series "Food Over 50" is to inform, instruct and entertain late Generation X, baby boomer and senior audiences with a wide variety of international recipes that are also nutritious. Some recipes featured include no-salt chili verde, tabbouleh with artichoke, vegetable and brown rice pilaf, and spiced fruit compote. Hosted by David Jackson, the series also includes segments on crafting a healthy breakfast, healthy food options while traveling, and ways to incorporate more fiber into one's daily diet.
