Flip Happy Crepes
Nessa and Andrea met when their two children attended the same kindergarten class. They quickly found they shared some things in common: they were both foodies, they both wanted to own their own business, and neither wanted to risk making a big investment on a restaurant. So, inspired by an open-air market in Ireland, they decided to find an old trailer instead. After appearing on The Food Network's "Throwdown with Bobby Flay" in 2007, Flip Happy Crepes took off and hasn't slowed down since. Today, the pair enjoy their roles as businesswomen and moms as they learn to combine work, family, and play in a distinctively Austin way.
