"Catherine Crier is an Emmy Award-winning journalist. Crier presently hosts Court TV's Catherine Crier Live, and has anchored several other shows on the station, including Crier Today, The System, and several investigative specials such as Court TV Investigates: The Laci Peterson Murder and Safe Passage: Voices from the Middle School. Prior to joining Court TV, Crier hosted Fox News Channel's The Crier Report. She previously spent three and a half years at ABC News where she was a correspondent for World News Tonight and 20/20. She also co-anchored Inside Politics '92 and hosted Crier & Company on CNN. Before she became a television journalist, Crier served as a Dallas County District Judge, where she was the youngest elected state judge in Texas history. She previously served as an Assistant District Attorney and Felony Chief Prosecutor for the Dallas County District Attorney’s office.
