Guest: James P. O'Neill, Police Commissioner, NYPD. Jimmy O'Neill became New York City's 43rd Police Commissioner last September. Since then, he has coped with a terrorist attack in Chelsea, solving a brutal homicide of a jogger in Queens, protecting a new President on 56th Street, and negotiating a new union contract.
