America's favorite food: The Frankfurter! Chef Joe makes a stop at his favorite hot dog spot, Nathan's of Coney Island. This was the first Nathan's ever built in New York, in 1916. Chef Joe orders the signature dog, but could not leave out the cheese, chili, and even the corn dog! In the test kitchen, Chef Joe puts his own unique twist on the Frankfurter.
