All the major players may not agree on much, but they know this: if Texas can't provide water for healthy growth, the opportunities for its population will quickly flow to other states. “Our Water, Our Future” was shot at the San Antonio's Pearl Stables where hundreds of business people, politicians and future planners were treated to the informed opinions from an all-star cast of South Texas water experts. A large focus of the conversation was breaking the gridlock in Texas Government and whether or not a comprehensive water plan can be fully funded. While the future's not clear, what is clear is that Texans' futures won’t be best served if the factions don't come together to determine what comes next. As much damage as it did, 2011's record drought may have served as a wake-up call for voters, politicians, city planners and environmentalists. Robert Rivard moderates this lively panel.
