German Baking Academy: The International Baking Academy near Frankfurt teaches students how to bake some traditional German bread. Most of its students come from abroad. Erik Johansson from Sweden: Johansson is a photographer and a retouch artist. He says he doesn't capture moments, but rather ideas. Carnival in Venice: We visit an annual event that attracts huge crowds to this city in northern Italy despite the rather cool weather.
