As the Italian immigrants settled the Northeastern coast of the United States, they did what they knew from their homeland. In many cases, this included fishing for the local catch. In this episode, Lidia makes Calamari Fra Diavolo over Linguine and she also prepares a Salt Cod, Potato & String Bean Salad.
