Desserts with an Asian flair. The first cake is a mandarin orange and almond layer cake with mango butter cream icing in a beautiful red color. Then Nancy and Beth Madland create an origami cake - using fondant instead of paper. The cake is finished off with a yin/yang design cookie. The final technique for every season features marshmallow things - whimsical objects for every holiday made from marshmallows.
