His set of three wrenches with an ingenious design replaces twenty-four wrenches we may have in our toolbox. Herb Hart caught the attention of one of the world's largest home improvement stores, but will it fit what they're looking for or is it back to tinkering in the garage for this gregarious great grandfather?
