As a young man Hector Elizondo had a love of both sports and performing - first singing, then dancing-- but it was on the stage as "God" in the Broadway production of Steambath, that fame first found him. Many stage and film roles followed, making him the "go to" Hispanic character actor of the 1970's. In the '80's he cemented a working relationship with director Gary Marshall that still bears fruit today. American Gigolo, Pretty Woman, Exit to Eden, Runaway Bride, and Princess Diaries are just a few of his notable films, and on television he built an equally impressive resume - including Chicago Hope, American Experience, and Monk. Join Ernie Manouse for his conversation with Emmy Award winning actor Hector Elizondo.
