WRITERS is an award-winning television series from Mississippi Public Broadcasting. In each episode, three authors join host Gene Edwards for an intimate, roundtable discussion of their craft. Three contemporary photographers use their own images to portray the land and people who live upon it; two curators use only historical pictures to trace the development of their community; and one author/photographer combines his own stark portraits with mug shots from the Civil Rights Era.
