Speck Alto-Adige, a cured ham produced only in the Alto-Adige region of Italy, dates back thousands of years. From the family farmhouse to the modern factory, you'll see how Speck Alto-Adige is made and consumed, and learn of its enduring role in the history and culture of the region. Not far away, in the pre-Alps, we'll visit the home of another Italian classic-Asiago cheese.
