Family Choice
KLRU has great programs for kids and great programs for adults,
but it’s not easy to find programs that all family members
can enjoy together. Each month, KLRU identifies a Family Choice
program from our schedule that will interest and engage family
members, ages 7 and up. Keep updated on the Family Choice
program-of-the-month and ways your family can build and extend
the program through discussion and activities.

As part of the Great Museums series, visit the Boston Children’s Museum, founded in 1913. Rummaging through a trunk of old clothes in the Grandparent's Attic display, children are not just trying on clothes; they're trying on the business of being an adult. Play is learning here and it revolutionized the American museum experience half a century ago by getting objects out of cases and into children's hands.
