SXSW Interactive has come and gone in the blink of an eye, and Sean and I decided to find out from as many people possible what blogging, filmmaking and interactivity means to them.
One of the parties I was scoping out was right here at KLRU in our Austin City Limits Studio – the Get Weirdly Wild Party. I was looking for my next victim to interview and asked Kevin Dando, the communications director for PBS, if he could recommend anyone. He pointed to someone right in front of me and it took me a minute to realize it was documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock. AHHHHAAA! Victim found! Many people identify him as the director from Super Size Me, but right now he’s here in Austin at SXSW to promote his oscar nominated documentary Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden?
Morgan was more than happy to be interviewed and admits that even though he’s a bad blogger, he’s learned what it takes to inspire response and feedback…check it out!
