This year we started the MLK Peace Bench Project with our MLK Day of Service as seen on Docubloggers.  We’re still at it, half way towards meeting our goal - 100 in 2008; engaging people in Central Texas in building their own peace benches and placing them in community centers, schools, churches and nonprofits so the young and old can keep Dr. King’s dream alive!  You too can change the world. Check out our Community Engagement or United Way Capital Area blogs to view the work in action.

Join us!  Be the Change. Volunteer.
