Tropicals, natives, and lifes journey get together in Elayne Lansfords garden. Her certified National Wildlife Federation backyard habitat includes plants, shelter, and water features to attract wildlife of all kinds. She also cultivates tropical plants in containers, many of their heirloom passalongs. The garden was also a source of strength and encouragement during her struggle with breast cancer. In the process, she carved out a meditation cove designed to view the intimate formal garden or the open wildflower meadow beyond.
