Tips of the Week

  • To do in your garden this week is to plant pumpkin seeds. I know we think of pumpkins in the fall but if you want pumpkins to have for Halloween, you need to fertilize those now and plant them.
  • Be sure to keep new plants watered.
  • Mulch!
  • Deadhead spring bloomers and fertilize.
  • Set your lawn mower high! With hot windy conditions, the soil dries out very quickly. Keep those roots undercover to keep your lawn healthy.
