April Garcia is bold and vivid. Charlie Chauvin is magical and fearless. She likes fabric and bubble wrap. He likes writing in cursive and drawing funny things. Mostly they work separately but often they find ways to be influenced by each other and work collaboratively. Together they mix her fabric and mixed media with his illustrations and paintings. This year they will be featuring both independent and collaboratively.

Cherie Weaver’s work is featured on the E.A.S.T. for the 10th year in a row. Born in Iowa, Weaver is a gardener, service-industry worker and most importantly—an artist. Weaver’s art ranges from illustrations to near-human figures to nature scenes.

Dave Schwab, Jonathan Braden, Tim Hackbarth, and Bethany Bauman are The Soothsayers, a creative collective of Austinites. Their art runs the gamut—Bauman specializes in print, Hackbarth is an online marketing expert, Braden’s skill set includes project management, digital design, web development and social media marketing strategy and Schwab specializes in illustration, painting, graphic design, animation and branding.
