A Fighting Chance
: What does it take for a family to survive and thrive in Texas? In this half hour documentary, follow the lives of five families and see the tough choices they must make—sacrifices that most Texans could not imagine. Their journeys are chronicled as they fight to meet their most basic needs. The realities of poverty are exposed and common assumptions are challenged as to what it takes to survive.
