As an additional resource, Sesame Workshop has posted Sesame Street Support PSAs. These discuss monitoring television viewing, managing stressful situations and identifying and coping with emotions. Most importantly for adults, though you may wish to remain glued to the television or Internet for breaking news, after a reasonable time you should step away!
