DCI Banks joins KLRU lineup 1/6

KLRU has acquired the broadcast rights to the BBC detective series, DCI Banks.  The Yorkshire countryside provides a striking and contrasting backdrop to four chilling murder stories based on the InspectorBanks novels by Peter Robinson.  Stephen Tompkinson portrays detective Chief Inspector Alan Banks.

In the first episode titled, “Aftermath,” two police officers stumble across the lair of a serial killer.  InspectorBanks finds himself faced with a chilling murder investigation that will test him to the limit.

DCI Banks will air on Sunday nights after Masterpiece Classic “Downton Abbey” starting January 6th.
