On Sunday at 1:30 pm,  Dr. Heather Pleasants and Dana Salter present their findings on digital media, youth and the creation of new narratives, while Dr. Amy Brown describes how urban fiction can be used as a teaching tool in Blackademics TV.

Masterpiece presents Downton Abbey Season 4, Part Five Sunday at 8 pm. Pride and prejudice mark Robert’s surprise birthday party when Rose’s potentially scandalous recruit raises eyebrows and Mary clashes with an instantly antagonistic man of the people. Bates and Anna step out, and Edith gets troubling news.

Sherlock Season 3 – His Last Vow airs Sunday at 9 pm. Sherlock Holmes encounters Charles Augustus Magnussen, the one man he truly hates, through a case of stolen letters. Nazi Mega Weapons presents V2 Rocket Tuesday at 7 pm. This is the story of how scientist Werner von Braun heralded the birth of ballistic missiles and laid the technological foundations for the space race.

Amish Shunned premieres on American Experience Tuesday at 8 pm. Filmed over the course of 12 months, this film follows seven former members of the Amish community as they reflect on their decisions to leave one of the most closed and tightly-knit communities in the United States.

Arts In Context presents PowerUP Thursday at 7:30. Allison Orr finds the poetry of motion in unusual places and uses non-traditional choreography to celebrate everyday life. After shadowing technicians, linemen and machines at a power company, they are ready to perform Orr’s choreography in front of thousands of people.

One Square Mile: Texas presents Silverton Thursday at 8 pm. The small Panhandle town of Silverton is home to 731 people. The town has no grocery store, no traffic lights and is exactly one square mile in size. As the town’s population slowly dwindles, the community that remains is strong and self-sufficient.
