Thanks to Glenda Facemire, ACL’s long time makeup artist and stylist, we unearthed a Julia Child Pot Roast recipe from Music in the Kitchen: Favorite Recipes from Austin City Limits Performers, a beautiful book that Glenda created a few years ago.

Robbie Fulks, alt-country singer-songwriter, chose Julia Child’s Pot Roast because “it never fails.”
