Finding Your Roots at 7 pm Sunday reveals Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick’s anti-slavery ancestral backgrounds while we learn quite a bit about slavery in the North in the process.

On Masterpiece Mystery! Presents: Zen at 8 pm Sunday, Detective Aurelio Zen (Rufus Sewell) brings justice to modern-day Italy, whether the authorities want it or not. In this episode, a wealthy industrialist and political party funder is kidnapped and Zen is asked to get the hostage back alive at any cost.

Michael Graves: The Warehouse at 9:30 pm Sunday provides a window into the creative life of one of the United States’ most recognized architects and designers.
