Highlights: March 11-17

Dr. Wayne Dyer offers viewers a detailed explanation of how to manifest that which is most important to them on “Dr. Wayne Dyer – Wishes Fulfilled” at 7 pm Sunday and 9 pm Wednesday.

Rock and pop legends Jon (Sha Na Na) “Bowzer” Bauman and Ronnie Spector (of the Ronettes) bring back the best songs from the late 1950s and early 1960’s rock, pop and doo wop era in an all new My Music concert event, “Rock, Pop and Doo Wop” at 10 pm Sunday and 9 pm Tuesday.

“Big Band Vocalists” at 7 pm Monday looks back at the greatest “crooners” and “canaries” of the 1940s, featuring the greatest vocalists of the period when they started their careers performing with orchestras and dance bands, with the most popular singers ultimately becoming stars on their own.

“Great Performances: Jackie Evancho: Dream With Me in Concert” at 9 pm Monday marks the solo concert debut of the 10-year-old girl with the extraordinary soprano voice.

“3 Steps To Incredible Health! With Joel Fuhrman, MD” at 7 pm Tuesday directly addresses the crisis of obesity and chronic disease plaguing America.

“Great Performances: Tony Bennett: Duets II” at 7 pm Wednesday and 8:30 pm Saturday teams Bennett with a diverse roster of contemporary stars including Queen Latifah, Aretha Franklin, Willie Nelson, Sheryl Crow, Andrea Bocelli, and Michael Buble, performing more classics from the Great American Songbook.

In celebration of its blockbuster 25th anniversary year, Andrew Lloyd Webber and producer Cameron Mackintosh present The Phantom of the Opera in a fully-staged, lavish production, set in the sumptuous Victorian splendor of London’s Royal Albert Hall on “Great Performances” at 7 pm Thursday.

“Carol King & James Taylor: Live at the Troubador” at 9 pm Friday is an entire concert from the extraordinary 2007 Troubadour Reunion that brought them all together again.

Joseph Campbell and the Power of Myth Saturday at 10 am discusses how the concept of the hero has infiltrated all cultures and has been a consistent theme for centuries in this classic documentary.

Great Performances: Andrea Bocelli Live in Central Park Saturday at 6 pm showcases Bocelli’s amazing voice as he sings classical favorites as well as his signature songs.
