I moved to Austin from NY State recently. I enjoyed watching (in NY) ‘Keeping Up Appearances’ on Saturday nights. I rank that show (for me) ‘almost’ in the same category as “I Love Lucy’ and ‘The Golden Girls.’ —simply for the fact that I can watch the re-reuns over & over again and still get good laughs. I hope you bring back that show.

I truly miss the series ‘Larkrise To Candleford’. It was clean, fun, sincere, real, emotional and wholesome. Things our society lacks in this era.
I truly hope you will bring it back…SOON. I never missed an episode.

The shows we watched for years include Keeping Up Appearances, Are You Being Served, Last of the Summer Wine, Vicar of Dibley, As Time Goes By, and My Hero. We have to go out of town to see these. We won’t be donating to KLRU again until some of these classics come back.

I’ve watched and loved a couple of pieces of a British comedy series on PBS, but I’ve been unable to find the name of it. It’s a British produced comedy of a family with 3 children, 2 funny boys and a particularly cheeky young girl. I love it, but cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone know the name of this very clever series?

Outnumbered can be ousted . . . . really, are viewers suppose to believe that’s a scripted show . . . . it’s like a very badly done reality show about weak parenting . . . .

Just moved back to the Austin area and was so looking forward to being able to watch Keeping Up Appearances and As Time Goes By again but was disappointed to find that they aren’t on anymore (I also miss Bob Ross). I don’t think the new shows are funny at all; I am very disappointed. Larkrise to Candleford is pretty good though.

From what I’ve read there are no more episodes of Larkrise. I ADORED that show as well as Doc Martin. I was also a big fan of the one with Dawn French as the clergy. It was hilarious!! Not real thrilled with the new comedies that are on now. Apparently there is a large audience of us who have faithfully watched over the years. I sincerely hope you hear what we’re saying about the programing!

Is it true there are more episodes of Summer Wine? It is a lovely show and
I will look forward to more of it. I absolutely adore Larkrise to Candleford.
