I HAVE BEEN A BRITISH COMEDY FAN LIKE NO OTHER YOU HAVE I HAVE SHOWS TAPED BACK 11 YEARS AGO AND HAVE A GOOD LIBRARY OF BRIT COMEDY.I HAVE TO SAY THIS (I AM SO SICK OF LIONEL AND JEAN AND HER DAUGHTER AND SANDY IN THAT COMEDY I CRINGE WHEN I SEE IT.WHY DO YOU DRAG IT ON YEAR AFTER YEAR? ITS BEEN SHOWN SO MANY TIME I KNOW MANY OF US ARE SICK OF IT. PLEASE REPLACE IT WITH ANYTHING ELSE, I AM BEGGING!!!! CHRIS RYAN

I love the British programs and cannot get enough of them. I do wish you would air the third and final season of Kingdom.

There are so many wonderful British shows like the Blackadder series. Also isn’t it about time to dig out of the attic Jeeves and Wooster?

Just my opinon but everything old is new again.

I love the British programs….Lark Rise to Candleford, Doc Martin, Monarch of the Glen, Keeping Up Appearances. I don’t like Last of the Summer Wine, I don’t think the comedy is funny at all and the characters are very hard on the eyes. It would be nice to see some British movies.

I love Doc Martin, and many other British sitcoms. I love Keeping Up Appearances, too, even though it reminds me of my life. I can sooooo relate to Richard.

So why is KLRU cutting Doc Martin after showing only 2 episodes of Season 1? It is difficult for me to want to support KLRU when you programing is so erratic.

From KLRU:
On July 31st, KLRU-TV will begin its Summer Pledge drive and it will continue to run till August 16th. Since our station has many pledge specials to feature, Doc Martin and other weekly favorites will be
pre-empted during this time. But all of your favorites will return after August 16th.

I fully enjoyed season 1 of Lark Rise to Candleford. When will we see season 2? The BBC has signed off on shooting season 3 in 2010. I can’t wait to see them all. BBC rocks. So does KLRU.

It’s great to hear that the “Lark Rise to Candleford” series is coming back. We missed the earlier episodes and will enjoy having the opportunity to also see some of the more recent ones for a second time. The series has some wonderful actors, it’s well-scripted and seems very authentic.

Is Lark Rise finished? Is Doc finished also? In the last episode, there was a “In Memorial” blurb at the end but we couldn’t read it in time. What was that? Is this death why the series is ending?

I love British dramas and comedies, but I intensely dislike “Keeping Up Appearances.” With all the glorious British comedies available, I’d like to see something new replace this one.
